2 oz Whiskey JYPSI Tribute Double Barreled Bourbon
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Honey Syrup (1:1 Honey + Hot Water)
3 Fresh Jalapeño Slices

Combine Tribute, lime juice, honey syrup, and two slices of jalapeño in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with remaining jalapeño slice.
