Barrel Seekers

  • Barrel Seekers: Barrel #7665

    Some barrels don’t wait for a blend. After eight years, this one had everything it needed: balance, depth, and character that stood on its own. Barrel Seekers #7665 is our first ever single barrel release. It opens with a deep amber hue that catches the light. On the nose, layers of caramel and dark chocolate, lifted by rye spice. The palate is warm and expansive, oak at the center, sweetness wrapping around it, and spice that stays approachable. The finish lingers, sweet and steady, carrying all of it forward. At 124.72 proof, it’s bold without losing its balance. The kind of pour you don’t forget, because you won’t taste it again.

  • Club Marzipan - Batch #1

    This is a whiskey with a unique story, created live and on camera. Our owners, Eric Church and Raj Alva, alongside our whiskey maker, Ari Sussman, joined forces with whiskey legend Fred Minnick and Club Marzipan to host a first for all of us: blending an entire, distinct whiskey profile live for the world to see. The result is a 103-proof masterful fusion of flavor, reflecting global experience:

    90% 7-year-old bourbon whiskey finished in rare Mizunara Oak
    10% 10-year-old Indian Single Malt

    This blend was originally a private release bottled for an exclusive circle, Fred Minnick’s Club Marzipan.
